Wild Child

If you ain't taking geography, consider yourself extremely BLESSED. On top of chinese and IH projects, we have a humongous geog sia thrown at us. And holidays are so bloody hard to meet up and get some actual work done. And the last time I checked, 'holiday' does not have (home)work in its definition. As if we are not fucked up enough.

Today, went out with Gen to watch 'Wild Child'. My, Emma Roberts really all grown up and gorgz. Lucky bitch, she's so skinny! Don't remind me she has a movie star aunt. The movie is a rather nice. Shall not elaborate but let's just say its a typical chick flick about friendship and stuff... Gee, I miss hanging out with Gen. She's an amazing person but I kinda feel we are drifting apart though. She's like the only person in 202 that I'm closest to. Just thinking about the many friends I've drifted away from makes me really sad. Next year, I'm gonna start remembering birthdays. (:

Also we went shopping, window shopping to be exact. I saw lots of Paul Frank! Yay, I'm happy. Gen also agreed Paul Frank is cool and totally cute! Wait till shopping trip with Jiali, I'm gonna let loose the shopaholic monster in me now that I've got more cash in hand.

After the paper Rachel, JF, Minhui and I went to Cathay Cineleisure. We were gossiping all the way on the bus. JUICY. Anw, JF got us confused cos she thought there was this other building that was entirely Cathay or smth. She's can be so sotong sometimes, but she's intellectual most of the time. I wanted to watch a horror movie like The Coffin or Painted Skin but we ended up watching House Bunny. Me and Minhui wanted to see Brad Pitt in 'Burn after Reading' so we attempted to buy tickets for that NC16 movie. Failed.

For lunch, went Burger King to eat and we saw so many Nanyang girls walking around. Seriously, like Cathay Cineleisure was the first on everyone's 'Places to go after EOYs' list. JF got awfully pissed off at the lady at the counter cos she gave her more than enough napkins. HAHAHAHA. My environmentally friendly and peace loving friend once again.

MH later decided she couldn't watch the movie cos she had to go check in for her badminton chalet so we were desperately trying to sell her ticket. There weren't really any hot ass guys walking around alone so we tried selling to anyone walking around. Our efforts proved to be fruitless so she watched part of the movie and left.

Katherine gorgeous McPhee played a pregnant outcast of this Zeta House, a sorority for outcasts. Still stunning. JEALOUS AS HELLLLLL!

Joy and Jack

Flag day was cute and we lovely angels paraded up and down the concrete streets of Orchard Road today to collect donations for a charity organisation. Here's what I learnt:

People who will donate:
1. Parents who wants to set a good example for their children.
2. Couples who look really nice and are always smiling at each other.
3. People sitting around waiting for friends.
4. People reading newspapers.
5. Hwachong people/Dorky teenagers

Those who will NOT donate:
1. People wearing sunglasses.
2. People who are listening to their ipods.
3. Retarded people who look really low-class and uneducated.
4. Angmohs.
5. Ah lians

It was a rather tiring for me, having to stare at the many ugly faces of selfish and thoughtless Singaporeans who think a world of themselvesm their noses in the sky. You just want to hit them hard in their balls.

After our hours were up, I went to catch "What happens in Vegas" starring Cameron Diaz and Ashton Kutcher @ Cathay Cineleisure with MJ, Vanice and YJ. I will not spoil anything for anyone here but I enjoyed this movie thoroughly because the show was just plain zany and the cast was incredibly gorgeous. But, it kind of puts you in a surreal mood after all that crazinest.

Lots of bear hugs,
SQ
